Initiate your return
Email returns@evasion.com with your order number and reason for return within 60 days of delivery. We'll respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack your item
Place the item in its original packaging if available. Attach the RMA number visibly on the outside of the package. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Ship it back
Send the package to our return address using any carrier. We recommend using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are covered by EVASION for defective items; otherwise, the customer is responsible.

Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
Return Conditions
- —Items must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.
- —Products must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- —Customized or engraved items cannot be returned unless defective.
- —Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned directly to the retailer.
- —Sale items are eligible for store credit only, not cash refunds.
