Products
What materials are EVASION products made from?
We use aerospace-grade composites, recycled high-tenacity nylon, and proprietary thermal alloys. Each material is selected for its strength-to-weight ratio and environmental impact.
Are your products waterproof?
All EVASION products carry at minimum an IPX6 water-resistance rating. Our Alpine and Forest lines are fully waterproof (IPX8), rated for submersion up to 1.5m for 30 minutes.
How do I care for my EVASION gear?
Most products can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Refer to the care card included with your product for specific instructions. Avoid harsh solvents or machine washing unless explicitly specified.
Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
Yes. For orders of 25+ units or custom branding, contact our partnerships team at partners@evasion.com.
Orders
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your account to view real-time shipping updates.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters processing and changes may not be possible. Contact orders@evasion.com immediately.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, select 'Gift Wrap' at checkout. We use minimal, recyclable packaging with a handwritten card option.

Where do you ship?
We ship to 80+ countries worldwide. See our Shipping page for a full list and estimated delivery times.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Europe takes 3–5 business days. Express options (1–2 days) are available at checkout. International orders typically take 7–14 business days.
Is shipping free?
Free standard shipping on orders over €150 within Europe. For other regions, rates are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day no-questions-asked return policy on unused items in original packaging. See our Returns page for the full process.
What does the EVASION warranty cover?
All products include a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Our Lifetime Guarantee applies to our Alpine and Forest product lines. See the Warranty page for full terms.
How do I start a return or warranty claim?
Visit our Returns page and complete the form. For warranty claims, please include photos of the defect and your proof of purchase.
