Terms of Use

By accessing or using the EVASION website (evasion.com) or purchasing any EVASION product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Site. EVASION AB reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

Prices are listed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable VAT for EU customers. Prices do not include shipping fees or import duties, which are calculated at checkout.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards and other methods listed at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. EVASION is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

You have the right to return unused products within 60 days of delivery. Refund and dispute procedures are described in our Refund & Dispute Policy. Statutory consumer rights under applicable law are not affected by these Terms.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product designs, and code — is the property of EVASION AB or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

— Post or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content. — Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems. — Use the Site for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by EVASION. — Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Site using automated means. — Infringe the intellectual property rights of EVASION or any third party.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. EVASION does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVASION's total liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order, or €100, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
